I'm wondering if this is normal or not... I was under the impression that we should not get the same exotic until at least we've collected all of them. I have all the DLCs Went to Xur today, purchased an exotic with the exotic cypher and got an 1800 promethium spur (warlock boots). I continued playing, hit rank 98 of season 20 and clicked on the exotic engram and I got a 1803 promethium spur... Again. Is that possible, should that not have happened ?
