Kirby lore isn’t all that special. I love the franchise and do like the lore, but it’s really not that deep.
The next Nintendo console either be a repeat of the 3DS or WiiU in terms of popularity.

The COD games are the same exact game every single time.

Destiny 2 pvp is better than COD pvp I’ll get more in here once I think of them.

Halo ODST was better than combat evolved

Dark souls 3 ending is more satisfying than the ringed city is in terms of the story. Also if not for nostalgia ringed city areas wouldn’t be as awesome.

It’s best to go into a game without knowing what to do. Watching tutorials/twitch/etc beforehand, with some exceptions, ruins the fun.

COD games are all bad for gaming as a whole. We got some ok ones, but most of them have just been bad games that haven’t changed anything from the last one. BO1 was the only one I would say innovated on the FPS market (it had a really solid campaign with lots of new ideas, and zombies as a full gamemode was great). All of the other games, especially the newer ones have put a lot of unhealthy expectations on the gaming market as a whole and now, every game is expected to absolutely revolutionize the entire market, or it is considered a “commercial failure”.

Edited by Upperclass Bum: 4/10/2023 6:36:13 AMIf you're a Nightmare main, you're garbage Aphrodite is and always has been one of the most broken Gods in Smite If you were on the receiving end of Reach Banshee spam, it was no one's fault but you and your entire team Guitar Hero isn't fun or cool (to me)

8-bit music of any sort really isn’t that impressive.

Nah, man, Kirby lore is the bomb. It’s not on the level of deep narrative 70 hour RPGs, sure, but it’s pretty high up there. There are so many well placed environmental details that come together so nicely. In any case, my take is that dodge maneuvers in most games kind of take away from the experience. In many cases, we forget how to actually dodge, and just start spamming the button when things come our way. There are exceptions of course—Soulslikes have very nice dodges for example—but by and large I feel a lot of games would benefit by making us dodge the old fashioned way.

Ghosts > Black ops 2. BO2 is garbage, Theres nothing innovative or memorable about it. People constantly think its good just because its apart of their childhood. What? You all got Nuketown for the second time and a failure of a zombies map (Tranzit)? Please, They shouldve known that idea was too ambitious for that current time. Besides, Killing mindless A.I. that runs at you at various speeds is boring. Extinction on the other hand was challenging. Clearing out hives, Trying to hit the rhino with the hypno knife, Bosses, and usable teeth to buy upgrades. Cant wait for the replies to tell me how wrong i am and that Black ops 2 is actually a "Timeless masterpiece and one of the best CoDs of all time, Ghosts is so trash 🤓" You wanted spicy, here you go
