I redeemed the Prime Gaming Spring Showers Exotic Bundle on my account and it says it has been sent to my Bungie account. In the Prime Gaming My Collections screen, it says undeliverable. The content has not been applied to my Bungie account for some reason despite every other Prime Gaming bundle being applied.
I worked with Amazon support and they tried a couple unsuccessful things. Per the rep, "Since this is the case I highly suggest you to contact the game support and ask them to manually reinstate the loot for you ."
I am looking for assistance with this issue.
