I redeemed the Prime Gaming Spring Showers Exotic Bundle on my account and it says it has been sent to my Bungie account. In the Prime Gaming My Collections screen, it says undeliverable. The content has not been applied to my Bungie account for some reason despite every other Prime Gaming bundle being applied.
I worked with Amazon support and they tried a couple unsuccessful things. Per the rep, "Since this is the case I highly suggest you to contact the game support and ask them to manually reinstate the loot for you ."
I am looking for assistance with this issue.

Hey All - I'm here to help! Well sorta...I'm going to open a bug on this now. Hopefully, get everything squared away soon. In the meantime, I advise NOT to unlink your Prime Gaming and Bungie.net accounts. I'm fairly certain that will just add additional woes to this already cruddy situation. Hang tight, everyone!
