Drop rate for multiple perks after 4 rsets
Does the drop rate of multiple weapon perks change when getting more than 4 resets or does it stay the same?

After 1 reset, you gain a chance at getting double perks in column 3 and after 3 or 4 resets you get a chance for double perks in column 4. I want to say additional resets after 4 increases the odds of bonus perks.
