Can we please get some form of end user support option? You guys have Sony st your disposal now, least you can do is hire 20-50 people to help others instead of relying on a forum of other end users to do your work for you.
I've had an issue with my twitch viewer bounties now for 5 weeks and have made multiple posts about it here and other places and its yielded zero results.
I know people have often times needed someone to step in to help and just could not get ahold of ANYONE in bungies office to help. This is the only company I have ever known to not have a dedicated contacts team for troubleshooting!

They have intern post premade replies when people have issues. Extremely lame. Wish there was a way to email a dev team instead of being ignored on the forum.
