I don't have a video but during the lightfall with bracus zahn. Once you defeat the first shadow guard centurion holding the solar charge. I always wait for the phalanx and esteemed colossus to pop out of the door. This is the 2nd time i've have the issue i'm posting about now. Basically i use my shackle grenade and Heavy machine gun to nuke the colossus, and immediately crash upon killing him. This has happened twice. I have tested my hardware and it's all good. Not gamebreaking or too annoying for me personally but i'd definitely look into that. Very bizarre crashes.
