Could two Guardians have a child?
If both the mother and father were Lightbearers, could the resulting child have limited access to the light?
What if one parent was a Lightbearer and the other wasn't?
Could two Guardians have a child?
It's heavily implied they can't, but has never outright stated, outside of Exos for obvious reasons. To my knowledge, only Saladin's been confirmed to be sterile (mentioned somewhere during Season of the Haunted I think). Imo though, the idea of Guardians having biological children would make for more interesting stories, even if it's not explicitly post-resurrection. Having a parent die then being resurrected while their child(ren) try to understand what's going on could lead to an interesting lore story.
If both the mother and father were Lightbearers, could the resulting child have limited access to the light?
One thing we can say for certain is that the child would be born mortal, but access of the Light would more than likely depend if they're Awoken or not. Actually, now that I think about it, I can't recall any Human-Awoken relationship that didn't involve a Lightbearer, much less one that resulted in a child. If we know the answer to that, then we know the answer here without even needing a Lightbearer in the equation.
What if one parent was a Lightbearer and the other wasn't?
Shouldn't be too much different than if both or neither were Lightbearers. Again, you don't become a Lightbearer without dying and being resurrected by a ghost first.

Dear Petra Venj, what you doing later, see I had this idea when last I saw you at The Dreaming City, that place we go...

No I believe the not-so-great effects of “lightbearing” are immortality and infertility. The light sterilizes you, essentially.

Why was your post downvoted?….

Yes, but its bungle so it won't be a new child, just reskinned. Just pretend to not notice those extra limbs and love it while it's looking.

Zavala did, right?

I think in either scenario, the child would not have access to the light and would just be a normal human or awoken child. We as guardians get our access to the light through our ghosts, and a ghost can only have one guardian, so it doesn't seem very plausible for a child of one or two lightbearers to wield the light, unless a ghost chose them. It's a very interesting theory, there might be something in the lore about it already but if not maybe we could eventually get a lore explanation involving guardians and reproduction. To be honest though, I don't think I'd want to get freaky with someone as a guardian, considering my ghost would have to watch
