Immovable Refit Catalyst Triumph is Bugged
The catalyst in the Patterns & Catalyst Section is bugged for the Vexcaliber. No matter how many times I reshape my vexcaliber or which of the three catalysts I insert it never progresses. I even shaped new vexcalibers with the catalysts and nothing. Plz fix

While you have your Vexcaliber EQUIPPED go to the enclave and craft a second Vexcaliber WITHOUT a catalyst. It should unlock it for you.
