I have a clan that I created for my kids and myself to join, and have a little fun playing together and progressing the clan a little bit. However, some of their friends are playing and we are talking about renaming the clan to something not family-specific so they can invite their friends to join as well. When I try to do this in-game, under Clan -> Options the only thing I see is "Leave Clan", which is grayed out with a message saying that I cannot leave because I am a Founder. When I try in the Companion app, the Clan tab just sits there with the spinning circle and never actually loads any clan information. It's as if the clan no longer exists. In-game, however, everything appears to be working correctly as we can progress clan XP, clan tag is visible, and chat works just fine. Is there something I am missing here?
