I made a different post earlier regarding some testing I did to figure out that certain Solar Warlock aspects affect the threshold at which the Artifact Mods become disabled. Just posting another bug case on the off-chance that it would be helpful for troubleshooting (god, I do not envy the programmers on the bug-squashing team right now. Praying for y’all)
More testing has revealed that somehow, certain weapons in the kinetic slot have an effect on whether the bug/mod threshold that breaks Artifact mods triggers. Leaving every other item and mod on my build untouched, I witnessed my second firebolt grenade charge disappear when equipping the following kinetic-slot weapons:
1. Battle Scar
2. Firefright (crafted 17Mar2023)
3. Perpetualis
4. Blood Feud (crafted 02Dec2022, but I could swear I modified it at some point this season)
Kinetic-slot weapons I swapped to that did not trigger the bug/threshold:
1. Lingering Dread
2. Aurvandil FR6
3. Hung Jury SR4
4. Piece of Mind (crafted 26Feb2023)
5. Seventh Seraph Officer Revolver

Tried with other fragments, this time I can have 4 fragments!?

I took off all my fragments and then it started working again.
