A couple of day ago I posted that my friend warlock artifact wasn't working so it turns out that having a Gnawing Hunger auto rifle wile using the volatile flow mod results in some or all of the mods in the artifact not working. So thank you Bungie help, for not helping or answering but we figure it out. *do not use Gnawing Hunger and Volatile flow together*
