Unlinking an account i don't have access to anymore
I am trying to get back into destiny, but I have an ex's Xbox account linked to my Bungie account, we were dating during 2020 and lived together, I had linked our accounts and enabled cross-save so she could play on my PC. I don't have access to the Xbox account anymore. I don't know who or how to contact a Bungie employee besides here to get it unlinked. I would like to disable cross-save so I can unlink her from my account and be able to play on my own account again.

To unlink an account you will need to be able to login to the account to authenticate it, Bungie wont forcibly unlink an account for you

The authentication system is there for security reasons and as such Bungie will not remove the account for you for any reason.

Time to call your ex and have her unlink her -blam!-.
