If you have Khepri's Sting equipped and throw a smoke bomb, you should have a reduced cooldown from the updated description. If you dodge specifically with Vanishing Step equipped while the smoke bomb is placed, the reduced cooldown will stop and resume a normal cooldown timer - even though the smoke bomb is still placed. This doesn't occur with Vanishing Step unequipped.
