REPRO STEPS: 1) Equip 6+ Mods with decaying Armor Stack Effects 2) Play 3) Have broken Artifact and Armor Stack Mods ACTUAL RESULT: Broken Artifact outside of Base Champ Perks and Broken Armor Stack Mods EXPECTED RESULT: Working Artifact Perks and Armor Stack Mods Possible???? Workaround: I dont know if it was the Pity of the Traveler or can be reproduced, but if you switch to a character who has less than 6 mods equipped it fixes your broken character LINKS: too afraid of perma bugging / breaking my characters to actively try to reproduce for a video
