We are aware of this issue and are hoping to have a permanent solution to this issue soon.

It amazes me, that you use "hope" and "soon" in such a minor issue. You have so many weekly resets in the game, but this particular one (and the red chest in RoN) are an issue all of a sudden? How about you get your priorities straight and not disable a dungeon farm but fix issues that hurt players?

Give people a definite answer and not solve it by then and people loose their minds. Turning off the checkpoint was probably simple. And let's call it what it is, a cheese, people getting armour they don't deserve.

You are correct, I've never worked on a help desk. However I do kinda do customer support for an industrial company - and that is, where I'm coming from. With vague statements, my customers are not satisfied in the slightest. I have to be specific. I also know, that I cannot project this onto a video game, but nevertheless, it just feels off to me. About the checkpoint: it's not that I actually care about the cp-exploit - and yes, exploit should be fixed, but so should bugs and glitches, that hurt the player. And that is, where my issue is - why not give us the dam shellcode, so we can access the partition each week? Why is it easier to disable joining a fireteam in a specific encounter in a specific dungeon than fixing one of... 20-30 weekly resets? I am not in game development, but it seems odd, that beneficial errors get dealt with immidiately while hurting issues lie dormant for weeks.

Yea right looking into nothing worst dlc launch ever so many bugs make you wonder if you even test your game before realising it

Is there a work around? None of my characters this week can access Partition. I'm not sure why a pinnacle is locked behind a bounty at all, but especially hurts when I still need the Strand meditations.

Actually not a terrible response for once, but please refrain from using vague words like "soon" as that actually tells us nothing, soon could be 12 months in bungIes eyes.

Normally, when the bug is a benefit for the players, the "fix" comes very soon, but when it's a bug that prevents you from progressing and that means more hours of gameplay, they spend a lot of time "investigating". Curious.

lol that would be great customer service but i think saying its a known issue then continuing to do nothing about it will be there play here until enough people complain than maybe it will be fixed more and more people get the bug each week soon no one will be able to do it.
