recently my clan and myself have been permabanned and i think i know the reason why but i cannot be to sure. we understand the clan name wasn't the most tasteful name, and nether were our other ones. we are very sorry and deeply regret making those names, i feel like they weren't that bad, every time i played with randoms they would always say that we had a cool clan name or that it was funny, we would have never made those names if we knew we would get banned. furthermore the clan members never got the notifications of the first two restrictions we received after the names were turned into numbers not on the game or the app, the whole clan was unaware that we had those restrictions, after all the restrictions stop you from playing guided games, which we never did. when we created the clan we just started inviting people that didn't have a clan, i'm not sure if they got permabanned as well when we got the third strike (but i feel like they did as everyone in the clan played one day before the ban and never again). i don't wanna bother anyone nor am i looking for sympathy i just wanna know if we will get unbanned. so if a bungie employe could help it would be doing my clan and me a huge favour.
