Authentication fails for Cross Save
I can't activate cross play. I play mainly on PS5 and I want to activate cross play to play on Steam, but after I authenticate the Steam account, I'm not allowed to move to the 2nd step of the process. I've tried deleting cookies and cache, incognito mode, 4 different browsers on both pc and smartphone, used the companion app, and even tried unlinking my accounts and relinking and nothing works.

1 ReplyIn order to continue with cross-save activation, you must authenticate all platform accounts linked to your Bungie profile. As shown in the image you shared, you have not authenticated your Xbox or Epic accounts. If you do not wish to include your Xbox and/or Epic accounts in your cross-save setup, you would need to unlink them from your Bungie profile, in the profile settings (Accounts & Linking).
