ISSUE: Melee kickstart does not refund melee energy if you have any energy towards your second or third melee charge. In videos you can see that grenade kickstart does not behave in this fashion, and that if you cast your melee ability quickly so that you have no additional melee energy upon casting, it will refund the energy.
REPRO STEPS:
1 Use any melee ability with multiple charges I.e. arcane needle.
2 Equip melee kickstart and gather armor charge.
3 Cast your melee ability once, melee kickstart will not trigger and no melee energy will be refunded.
ACTUAL RESULT: Melee kickstart will not consume armor charge(s) to refund melee energy.
EXPECTED RESULT: Melee Kickstart would refund energy even if you have a 2nd or 3rd melee charge, because this is how it functions with grenade kickstart.

NOTES: The attached videos in the youtube playlist show the inconsistency between the behavior of melee and grenade kickstart. Additionally, melee kickstart has this interaction with melee abilities from other sub classes, such as the pocket singularity from void walker if you equip claws of ahamkara for additional melee charges.
