Power cap question
For my understanding.
When I play something that is 1630 an has a -20 power cap.
Does that mean I need to be 1630 to be 1610?
Or is 1610 enough? Which would mean I can stop levelling at 1615 for gm because more is not needed..

So whether you are 1,610, 1,630 or 1,650 (and upwards), you will always be effectively 1,610 while playing that mission, that's the highest anyone will be. So yes, there is no need to be higher than 1,610 to play it.
