So I was wondering what determines what content comes back from destiny 1 and the destiny 2 content vault? I was looking at old armor sets and dlc content that isn't in the game anymore and wishing some of it would come back, so what is the process and is there a way gamers can persuade what comes back like a community poll like the Halloween armor? If I can get an answer that would be great! I would recommend jovial guard from destiny 1, or the armors from the posters and first trailers in destiny. Thanks for any responses I get.
