I have scanned the four memorials required for the second quest step before retrieving the actual quest step. I am now blocked from continuing this quest on ALL characters. This has effectively locked me out of other activities, as I cannot progress to the point where the weekly bounty is purchasable, locking me out of the weekly pinnacle quest associated with it, and terminal overload keys are not dropping from any source other than the daily bounties, basically locking me out of properly engaging with terminal overload loot drops. I am also locked out of the exotic glaive quest in this state. Discarding and retrieving the quest from the terminal in the tower does not allow the quest to reset or restore the scannable state of the memorials. There does not appear to be any other way to fully reset a quest. If there is any other way to restore this quest, I'd appreciate the insight. Thanks. Hopefully this is already on the radar for a fix, as I've seen several others over the net with similar issues.
