Still having licensing issues after the "fix"

Still can't access the annual pass and lightfall content that I paid for, even after bungie's licensing "fix". Refer to case number 7013784946 from contacting microsoft support.

    As a possible fix, try deleting the Lightfall DLC from your storage and installing it again. Bungie is aware players are having issues with digital game licenses.
