The artefact mod that gives Unraveling Rounds on rapid strand weapon kills doesn't work. I've tested it in a solo lost sector so I know my kills aren't being stolen by teammates etc. Hasn't procced at all since getting it. The only strand gun I've tested it with it is Quicksilver Storm (with the catalyst that gives it Strand) so it could be an issue with the gun, don't know.
