Rather than ranting about how -blam!- this is i feel like just offering some suggestions to improve strand currently
Threded Spike -
might be a good idea to not make the spike look "less deadly" and glow more coming back or make the noise of it approaching louder and more distinct as its quite difficult getting the timing on grabbing it out of the air with the green mixing in with other effects and enemies.
Grappling hook -
reduce grappling hook ability cool downs (80 percent for the grapple) its simply underhwelming and does not constitute as a 52 second cool down on tier 10! for a movement utility ability that does nowhere near piss granade damage) especially concidering doing so would be way to dangerous in higher end content i.e GM
Strand melee -
Strand melee on warlock and titan NEEDS a shorter cool down for a "combo melee" ability it sure does not do that amount of damage for 3 charges
