Solar Surge artifact Mod not working
I started noticing that Solar Surge was not working so I tested it out and apparently I can't have more than 2 mods equipped on my class Item (Hunter) and also can't have a Siphon mod on.
Not sure if this is intended or a bug.
(Images) The "Solar" is the one that doesn't work and the "Alpha" is after some testing.
