First, Bungie, you guys are awesome. I have been with you since you first started as a company. Destiny 2 as whole, is awesome. That's why I am here, that's why I play. The constructive feedback for Lightfall: 1. It feels like you want to just fastforward me into season play. When I arrive on Neptune these weird people who dont fall off their flying boards ask if I am a good or bad guy. I say good and next we are best friends. There is no context, tension or anything. Like a fantasy someone had and just inserted it into Destiny, feels out of place. 2. Nimbus: Feels like an unfinished character developed by someone new to Bungie or outside of Bungie. He is not congruent with any of your previous work. I dont understand how he is important or necessary for the story. It's like someone put their own fantasy into the game without figuring out how to connect it. His voice is not pleasant. 3. Neomuna: I feel like I have no context or connection to the place. Never in any of your previous settings in Destiny have you not given some context to history and how that place connects to story. This feels like a McGuffin. 4. Before Light fall I could not wait to play with my son. We had several days that we both could play together out of our busy week. Tonight is a free night, and I find myself not wanting to take our time to play Destiny..... Now, this may be a low rated expansion, I dont think you can't recover. You guys are awesome in the aggregate. Destiny is a monumental game as a whole. I, for whatever reason, don't feel that excitement to log back in.
