PS5 Season Pass Unavailable After Acquiring Annual Pass

I have the Lightfall Annual pass, which included the seasons for this entire year however my season pass is still locked out and says I need to purchase it. This was preordered so I also have the quicksilver storm, am able to play lightfall campaign and such. I have restored my licenses, deleted and reinstalled Destiny 2 yet nothing seems to fix it. Bungie how can this get fixed?
