[BUG] Armor Charge not reaching max stacks.
Hello, I'm having issues reaching max stacks of Armor Charge. No matter how many orbs of power I pick up, I never go above x4. With my mods equipped (below), I should be able to get up to x6, but this is not the case.

Without using any other mods to raise the capacity higher (Stacks on Stacks just makes orbs give more stacks, but only up to your cap, which it does not increase), x4 would be your highest.
