Allow commendations in real world
I wouldn’t suggest letting clan members or friends gift to one another but players who go out of their way to help you should be rewarded. We had a random player showing us where a regional chest was. It’s not hard to find but the gesture was nice.

Hopefully they add this in the future. Keep in mind this is the first time Commendations are a thing. The future may bring out these changes if enough people talk about it.
