Players needed to complete all encounters of the raid [i]and receive the chest rewards from each encounter[/i] within the time limit. If you skipped an encounter or didn't receive rewards from a chest, you would have needed to go back and do it before the deadline. If you have already submitted a request using the contact form and did not receive the emblem by now, then you unfortunately did not successfully meet the requirements and Bungie will not grant you the emblem. [spoiler]Raid.report is a third party that relies on limited data coming from the API. Raid.report has also been known to show false information due to the way they've interpreted that data at times. Bungie has more data and tools at their disposal to do verification. [/spoiler]
