There are still so many cheaters in this game and they are not even being subtle with their cheats either. Just hire some people with some knowledge of this game to sit down and watch Trials matches. We should start to see a noticeable difference after awhile. Alternativily have something like Overwatch that Cs:go has. When a player is being reported for cheating, that match in which they got reported in, gets recorded and can be reviewed by some players. You could make it better by having some of your staff members watch that match and ban that player if they did infact cheat.
