[STEAM] Error Code Marmot; Beagle after completing Abhorrent Imperative/Watching Cutscene
Hi, thanks for reading this post (aka my tale of woe).
Apparently my install died with Rasputin?
After completing the Final Dawn activity and watching the cutscene, I received a pop-up window error that my game was corrupted with error code MARMOT. The game force closed, so I verified my files via steam, then attempted to restart the game, but the game could not verify my files and gave me error code BEAGLE.
I then uninstalled the game, restarted my PC and reinstalled the game, but now instead of launching I receive the same MARMOT error window but this new BattlEye Launcher window with the text text:
20:55:31: Starting BattlEye Service...
20:55:32: Updating...
20:55:34: Launching game...
20:55:49: Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
20:55:49: [INFO] Blocked loading of file: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamclient64.dll".
Tried clearing BattlEye out of common files and got the prompt to reinstall it, but this did not correct the issue either.
There's a high probability that this is something on my end that might need fixing, but I've been trying and nothing seems to work. Any advice would be very much appreciated.
