I've been doing dreaming city bounties to prep for lightfall and I've been noticing that when I run the regular chamber of starlight 4 out of 5 times nothing spawns after the initial set of enemies. The chest remains locked and cannot be opened because nothing spawns. Is anyone else experiencing this?
