I occasionally am dropped during a load for competitive 3v3
I suspect cheating because
1. I'm not given an error code
2. I've had stable connectivity and excellent play experience (no lag)
3. It usually happens when I'm on a winning streak of 3 or more which leads me to believe cheaters might feel motivated to boot me.
4. It only happens with competitive play and never with casual.
5. It seems to be a regular occurrence if I load into competitive, one of the teams has lost a player before the match begins, why?
I'm a solo player, which adds extra challenge to the crucible. Fighting for wins is tough, and being dropped from matches or having players leave is demoralizing. Especially with the new skill based system making it even harder for solo players to climb ranks. I've been stuck at platinum 1 for months. Regularly loosing -160 points for a loss and +10-50 for a win adds to the discouragement, leaving me questioning if I should play at all.
My internet connection is 500mbps download and 30 Mbps upload speed, hard wired on ps5.
Is this a bug?
Has anyone else experienced this? I believe this could be a bug in how the game loads, or players trying to get an advantage by causing the other team to lose a teammate.
This has severely affected my play experience. I would love to know why it happens. Any suggestions or theories are welcome.
