Hey there, this is Æsir speaking with an one-of-a-kind issue that has been persisting for over a year now, so I want it fixed.
When I asked around the fireteams I have joined over the years, (also when I started playing Destiny 2 with fireteams for raids etc.), none of them had to have this issue, so it seems to be only the case for me.
Whenever I'm in a fireteam, for example raids, dungeons, or simply exploring, I happen to just get kicked out of the voice chat or something. I cannot hear them, they cannot hear me. After a good while, around 30 - 60 seconds normally, I can hear my fireteam talking again. It just pisses me off. Imagine trying to go flawless in a raid and you're the one ruining it because Bungie doesn't seem to be able to fix anything properly.
I have no idea how and why this is happening. I want to know the how and why so I can prevent it and I want a fix for it as soon as possible.
It just seems unnatural to me that I am the only one this is happening to, considering that I must've met over 2000 people over the past year, and it ALWAYS happened. So here's some details that may be of interest:
- not being able to communicate to the fireteam and back to me for at least 20 seconds
- I am having an error warning that says I'm using a strict NAT type, which is not true (I've tried fixing it and it should be fixed, but it doesn't function)
- it doesn't provide me with any error codes
- chat function still works, it is rather an issue over audio
- audio issue doesn't cone from me, as there is no keybind that would mute the fireteam and me
- I always hear the fireteam loud and clear, there is no weak internet connection
Hope this gets fixed, but I guess Bungie doesn't care enough and won't let me get my first flawless with my fireteam
