I have recently upgraded from a Nvidia 2070s to team red with an AMD RX 6950 XT due to what seemed to be the best price/performance ratio. Unfortunately, I am very underwhelmed with the performance as I am often getting FPS drops into the 50s at points and a lot of stuttering. I am running at Highest settings @ 1440p, which I think should be easily done for this GPU. I have seen other posts talking about poor performance on AMDs since BL and was wondering if anybody had any tips to help resolve some of these issues.

Disable ULPS in the registry, and disable DeepSleep states using a utility like MorePowerTool

Have you properly uninstalled the Nvidia Drivers and THEN installed the AMD Drivers using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) ? Also check if Resizable BAR / SmartAccess Memory is enabled in the BIOS/UEFI. Lastly, I have made the experience that Depth of Field just destroys performance, disabling it solved that for me.
