Dear bungie,
I recently sent stadia an email about a problem I have encountered, they said that they couldn't help me with my problem and said that I should contact Bungie. This is what I sent them: "when I started playing on stadia I accidentally linked the wrong steam account to my stadia account and I was never able to change it to the right one. I never emailed them about this because I didn't think it would be a problem. So for a year I played Destiny 2 on stadia. But now that Stadia has been shut down I can't play Destiny 2 on the right steam account, so I have lost all my progress in the game. I was wondering if there is a way to link my stadia to a different steam account and have all my progress in Destiny 2 back. Or if there is a way to do it myself. Thank you in advance :)". I was wondering if there is anything Bungie can do for me? I was hoping that there is a way to transfer my progress in the game from one steam account to another?

No. You had to have your Stadia account linked to whatever platform account you wanted to continue playing on BEFORE Stadia shut down. To remove a account you need to disable cross save (with the 90 day cooldown period before you can reactivate) which needs you to authenticate all linked accounts... which you can not do until Bungie removes the Stadia account for you at a later date just like they did with Battlenet. Bungie did warn everyone to make sure they had the correct accounts linked and NOT TO DISABLE CROSS SAVE as it would forfeit any save data created on that account.
