Is it still possible to get the upgrades for the Crown of Sorrow to unlock the Reaper Seal?

Hey there. You get three upgrade material from the Crown itself, 7 from completing the Bound in Sorrow questline, and 8 for completing the Legacy challenges, which can be found on their tab in the Challenges section. That makes the 18 required for all upgrades.
