I've been farming the lost sectors and the gms from they started and I noticed the exotics armors I've been getting are not having the guaranteed minimum 10 stats in the armor pieces. I put the recovery armorer mod in my ghost and literally I'm getting +2. I don't know if it is just me or somebody else or maybe bungie changed something I haven't read. Please Can you confirm this?
