Helm of saint 14 blind makes no sense. Why not suppress??
Helm of saint 14 should suppress.
"Blind" is an arc verb.
Helm of saint 14 builds would have more sinergy because "suppress" is a void verb, aaaaand the best part, in crucible, enemies would have to pop the bubble by the outside.
Thunder Crash, inside nova bombs and inside tethers wold be countered
