So i recently decided to install D2. Put the disc in which is just a normal disc (not some special edition disc or anything) and downloaded the "update". The next day i decide to try and play it. I started it up and turns out it needs to download another update in-game that's 66gb but i can't even do that because it says dlc data is damaged or missing. I go to install the dlc (forsaken annual pass, forsaken, coldheart pre order pack) and it's all installed. Ps4 does not allow deleting dlc on its own, and most game dlcs stay installed after deleting the game. Error code Boar is also on the message.
Is this because they removed forsaken from the game?

Edited by PK_Haseo: 1/26/2023 2:29:37 AMIf it’s a total reinstall then yeah it’s has a few Extra “Expansions” (like 3+ big DLC) that needs to be download…noted if you have an External HDD then the DLC are on the main console & game data is on the external hdd. (Try uninstalling the game without the external hdd without being plug-in an then connect the external an try uninstalling from external hdd…this happen to my Spotify app that I have on install on External hdd my console says app can’t be found an install error I get from the store).

Edited by BraddyBo: 1/26/2023 1:14:23 AMD2 is free, disk isn’t required and probably shouldn’t even be used. Eject disk, delete the game then reinstall it via ps store (without disk). Then look over all the expansions and make sure they are all “installed” if they have been purchased. None of the dlc are separate downloads, the purchases just open up access in-game. D2 should consist of only 1 file, ~110gb regardless if any or all dlc is purchased. Again, the disk should not be used (throw it in the garbage lol).
