Triumphs and Catalysts removed
After today's patch some of my triumph including [url=https://gyazo.com/289a91bf5098839f3457dc1fe22e5ad6]solo flawless[/url] have been removed and others are ready to "reclaim" as if I just did them. Some have been completed for years.
Some [url=https://gyazo.com/ee438e5071a6d5d098120b6b8d6a347f]catalysts[/url] are also ready to reclaim, although I have had all catalysts for quite a long time now (actually just missing 1, I have 74/75)
I'm probably missing way more triumphs but those are the ones I noticed are missing.

Hi I also would like to add my catalyst is missing from some of my exotic weapons including the quicksilver storm.

Same issue many triumphs and catalysts were removed and I was able to reclaim several after logging in, but not all.
