TM Earp cloak ornament not available to unlock.
Title. I've made a video indicating that I am:
A) in possession of the cloak
B) not wearing it when I go into character customization - you can read the name of cloak I switch to clearly
C) unable to unlock it or find it unlocked in any of the 3 pages of cloak ornaments available to me.
I've heard it has something to do with it being artifice armor. Could anyone tell me how long it would take to see a fix for this from Bungie?
