Once you grab the scanner mod in the first room you are unable to crouch rendering the mission impossible. Tried multiple times and issue persists. Asked my partner who had the same issue. Both on Xbox series S. Previously we tried the mission and the augment mod could not be slotted into the machine and open the door. Please advise as we cannot finish the last catalyst mission because of it.
