Dad question here: my son wanted to buy the Witch Queen Deluxe Edition on the PS4 so we got it. I bought it while logged into my PS4 account and it appears that while much of the content is available in his game, the season pass part of it is linked only to my Destiny 2 game (we, of course, have separate accounts and profiles on the PS4, although he is a member of my PS "Family"). I've always been a little confused as to what parts of the PS4 games were common to the console (and thus any user) and which are linked to a specific PS4 or game account.
So, I guess I have three questions:
1. Did I just buy myself a season pass for seasons 16-19 and my son doesn't have access?
2. If the answer to 1 is yes, is there any way I can transfer it to him?
3. What should I have done from the start (to avoid this in the future)?
I don't mind sucking it up and buying the season passes separately for him if the only solution is to double-buy it to make it work as intended (that was clearly my mistake). I just don't want to repeat the same mistake...I like making new ones instead. ;-)

Yes 2. no 3. purchase the deluxe edition on his account - season passes aren't game shareable. Only the purchasing account gets the passes/dungeon key. One thing to note - the seasonal content will be removed in ~49 days. It may not be worth double purchasing the deluxe.
