I know that many people have posted about it, and it has been a problem for the past month(s). I'm a returning player but have been claiming prime rewards for over a year. When I enter the map, Amanda Holliday keeps blinking telling me that she got something for me, but when I go to her, nothing is showing. I can see all my items on the Companion App, and I counted 80 prime rewards in total. But I cannot claim them due to that number surpassing Amanda Holliday's capacity. The frame rate also drops by 2/3 after I enter her Prime Reward screen (from 144 to 45), meaning she indeed got something for me. Please fix this problem, either by giving Amanda Holliday more storage capacity or let us claim our rewards in the Companion App. Unlinking and relinking the accounts DO NOT work. Thank you.
