I think Mobility needs a genuine rework as a class main stat whatsoever.
Mobility in the current sandbox doesn't really give enough benefits to be worth focusing on.
Most Hunters don't even prioritize Mobility as the first or second most important stat. Resilience and Recovery are FAR more important in the current PvE sandbox and Mobility usually ends up as the 3rd or 4th most important stat.
This shouldn't be the case in my opinion, as it is one of the 3 class main stats.
So, here is my proposal:
For PvE (more on PvP later), I think Mobility needs an actual defensive stat (like dodge chance for example).
Numbers can always be tweaked but just so you have an idea of what I'm talking about, let's say T10 Mobility gives a 30% chance to dodge an attack.
This would immediately make Mobility a viable stat again and it would further accentuate the class identity itself. It's supposed to be the main stat for the class that wants to dance over the battlefield and dodge incoming attacks. Weaving in and out of combat.
It would also add another layer of defensive options in build crafting and would simultaneously bring down the importance of Resilience and Recovery, opening up a whole new understanding of how build crafting is looked at.
For PvP, this would obviously need to work differently.
Instead of dodge chance, we could talk about an inherent increase in handling stats based on the Tier Level of Mobility. Or maybe it could increase movement speed towards enemies. Maybe a movement speed increase while aiming is an option (like moving target?).
There are a lot of different ways movement could be implemented for the reworked Mobility stat.
What do you guys think? Is this a thought worth considering or talking about?
If you have any ideas on how to add to this any further, please let me know. :)

Mobility gives AE and a increase to sprint speed and jump height. Sprint speed because hunters are the slowest and jump height because hunters have the lowest jump.(some long jumping puzzles are a pain as a hunter if you have low mobility while a titan or warlock can glide.

Make it so mobility gives a ton of AE, make it so the speed of walking and aiming down sights is increased a bit, and maybe make it so it gives a small increase to sprint speed.

I think they have the 3 class ability cooldown timers in a good spot. You can always get a +20 with powerful friends and another +20 by holding a lightweight weapon so spec'ing for it is not a priority for most.
