Deleted consumables due to 3rd party app
Update: It was in the vault, nothing to see here :)
Used DIM to pull cookies over from my postmaster. Instead of pulling what it could into empty slots as it usually does, it actively deleted items in my consumables inventory to make room for all cookies in the postmaster. I've lost all of my planetary resources, enhancement cores, and more. My understanding was that 3rd party apps could not perform deletion, and up until this point it hasn't, but it happened.
What, if any, recourse do I have? Is there account support to investigate a 3rd party app performing erroneous actions like this? Rollback? Thanks in advance.

1 ReplyGreetings! Third-party applications don't have the ability to delete items. The items are likely in your vault, apps like DIM will move them into the vault to make room in your inventory.
