Missing quest Should you choose to accept it
Hey, I'm stuck on the should you choose to accept it quest. (Spoiler alert) I went to the lost sector Perdition in a team and after he picked up the cipher, I could not and it says access denied. But the quest is also not in my quest section or in the quest achive. Also the catilyst is not on my gun. I'd like to complete this mission so any help will be appreciated.
